The Parish Council, on behalf of all the residents of the Village during the Covid lockdown, would like to thank everybody who worked at the Doctor’s Surgery, Bridget B.s, Crumbs, Londis and The Bull for all their hard work and kindness in keeping us supplied with essentials during the pandemic. Also, to the volunteers who delivered food, newspapers and medicines to those who were shielding at home.
The teachers and staff at Watton-at-Stone Primary School deserve a huge thank you for making the school safe and running in ever changing circumstances. Also, to all the children who painted the beautiful stones for the V.E. celebration which decorated every corner of the village and cheered us all up.
And finally thank you to everyone in Watton-at-Stone for your co-operation and cheerfulness in these strangest and worrying times.
